Listed below is our group's schedule for the week.
Tuesday
Checkpoint - We are going to meet at 4:30 every day on Skype because that is the best time available for all of our schedules.
Wednesday
Group Responsibilities

Shady-I set up the meeting time before hand because that was my job to do as the Project Manager. I created a time schedule through Doodle to see when everyone was available.
Tyler -- Today I was getting the actual presentation design together. We are pretty much using the one that I put together for the case project and from there we talked about who was going to say what during the presentation. We are also going to be looking at how to conduct the actual presentation tomorrow with the use of the whiteboard overlay.

I think are group did agreat job
witheveryone being on time
to meet on Skype like we planned. We had very
good interaction with everyone
asking and answering questions for one another. We had a very good start for the first day
and I hope we can continue the good work.
We all listen to each other pretty well and we have good communication.
Everyone is good about asking questions when they need help on something
and that helps us keep the pace up for getting things done. Everyone was also
very good about working with each others' schedules (which is always tricky).
One thing I think our group can improve upon

I thought we could have been a little more
organized with what we were doing. There were times when there was some confusion
but this was because it was the first
time for all of us doing this. I think we will
get the hang of it and everything will
work out fine.
It took us a little while to get the meeting going because we had to organize the
Skype call and also get everyone on the Adobe connect software. I'm hoping that
we can get the ball rolling a little faster tomorrow now that we have all had a taste
of how the software works. It seemed like everyone was picking it up quickly, so I'm
not too worried.

Group Responsibilities

Shady- As the project manager I set up another time for us to meet today which everyone was able to do. We had to make our presentation today and I contributed by explaining different slides. I had the ability to work with two great partners and we all did a fabulous job today.
Tyler-- I started and stopped the actual recordings. I also managed the whiteboard overlay effects. I managed everyone's microphones and answered any technical questions regarding the various software that we were using.

Today was a very productive
day and we were able to finish
our project. Everyone knew what
was going on for the most part
and we were able to work in
a timely fashion. I think we had
great communication skils with one
another and I am really happy
with the work that we were able to
get done today.

honestly do not think that there is
anything that our group needs to
improve on because we got
everything done. We did a great
job working together and I don't
see any room for improvement
in my opinion.
